"When my husband and I started our business 4 years ago, we were in desperate need to make sure our taxes were paid properly and on time, our employees were taken care of, and we were informed of any new changes a small business owner would need to know. I "interviewed" many companies, as there are many to choose from. What drew me to cPay was I knew I would receive one-on-one service, I wouldn't just be another company to them. They recognized how green I was since we just started our company. They would call or email me whenever there were changes to the laws and let me know, just in case they would affect how I did business. They helped me with spread sheets to keep track of my employees, they catered my pay stubs to what I needed them to be, and they offered many suggestions. They also offered to help find employees for me, to do all the screening, ect. If I had a need, they seemed to be able to help me out or suggest someone that could. When I called, someone almost always answered or called me back immediately. They knew me on a first name basis, it was nice to not have to explain who I was and then be forwarded to my agent. Everyone at cPay knows who you are and you know who they are. I highly recommend doing business with them. They are a great asset to our business."
