Kate Goodwin

MARKETING AND STAFFING SPECIALIST

Kate joined the CPAY team as a Marketing and Staffing Specialist in December 2021. In August of 2022, Kate's career excelled and she is now the Marketing and Recruiting Manager. She thrives in creating marketing content, event planning and building relationships with professionals in the community. She is dedicated to surpassing her goals, motivating her team, and forming lasting relationships with her clients and candidates to help them succeed in their current need.

Kate's favorite quote is: "Only are you truly successful when you help others be successful." Each day Kate uses this quote to lift up not only her team but her clients and candidates to build them up to have the future they desire.

Kate is very active in the community. She currently holds a leadership role within Celebrate Recovery at First Assembly Church. She also sits on the board of multiple non-profit organizations in the community. She is a single mother of five amazing children and is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Church Leadership .
