Requirements:

Have knowledge in solder, braze with the capabilities to attach other materials

Assembly Technician
Requirements:
Build and inspect consoles as needed provide immediate feedback to quality and production manager on major non-conforming issues
Build and assemble consoles for customer orders
Help with any product reworks as needed

CNC Operator
Requirements:
Must have 2-4 years of experience
Responsible for the set-up and operation of multiple metal-cutting saws to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety for the timely manufacturing of product to customer specifications

Inventory Clerk
Requirements:
Pick, pack and ship small parcel orders. have the ability to use a stand up fork truck
Ability to lift up to 60lbs
Ability to be on your feet for the entire shift

Machine Operator
Requirements:
Produce various screen media consisting of wire, rubber, and poly for a variety of applications and industries
Have knowledge of materials, tools, and know how to read a tape measure
Ability to lift 75 pounds
Be able to stand, sit, walk, climb or perform physical labor for extended periods of time

MIG Welder
Requirements:
Weld or tack parts into various sub-assemblies or complete assemblies
Clean welded area by performing initial grinding operation
Monitor the welding process and make adjustments if necessary
Unload welded structure from welding fixtures and jigs
Inspect all work at each step of the procedure to assure compliance with the company’s quality standard policy and procedures

Office Assistant
Requirements:
Using a computer system multiple times per day
Printing and matching up all relative paperwork required with each order
Status orders within a computer system deliver orders to production work cells or the designated area
Administration/managing of the production calendar/schedules and coordinating with production management/supervisors to meet customer or order requirements
Be the liaison between production and sales on communicating order status and Production Commitments.

Packer
Prepares custom orders for shipping per standard policy and procedure
Requirements:
Operate a forklift when needed. There is an importance to following packing and preservation policies
Build skids or boxes for packing and shipping of all orders
Required to operate and have knowledge of all equipment and tools.

Production Technician
Requirements:
Follow all safety guidelines and hold other team member accountable in following safety guidelines.
Operate all machinery required following safety guidelines
Complete quality checks and document the checks
Make adjustments and re-produce product as needed
Have a current Certificate on Forklift and Crane operations.

Purchasing Assistant
The requirements for a purchasing assistant include a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Business (will consider a combination of experience and associates degree.)
Responsibilities:
Follow up on outstanding or unacknowledged purchase orders
Conduct invoice discrepancies
Data entry to include enter and maintain quotes as requested
Requires follow up on reject status disposition with vendors
Conduct purchase orders
Maintain and create various spreadsheets as assigned
Participate in other tasks/projects as needed by the buyers

Saw Operator
Requirements:
Verify the stock to work order requirements
Set up and operation of a saw
Conduct cuts and verify parts using a tape measure and caliper instruments
Conduct part marking
Perform daily maintenance checks of equipment and complete checklists

SMT Machine Operator
Requirements:
Required to Running SMT Machines
Place parts on conveyers throughout the day and safely operate them
Have knowledge of all equipment and tools.

Solderer
Requirements:
Repair circuit boards is the main priority
Cut components to fit the board
Maintain stock levels using a computerized system
Test finished boards to check functionality
Read technical drawings
